- The second legal action, launched in April 2015 by two then BCNU Council Members with the support of BCNU legal, was an attempt to declare null and void all previous activities of ARNBC. An injunction was filed by these BCNU Council members to stop our 2015 AGM. This attempt was unsuccessful and ARNBC's 2015 (and 2016 and soon to be 2017) AGM was held.
- The third legal action, while a stand-alone legal action, posits that all ARNBC fees from 2015 through 2017 should be returned to members.
