We believe that nurses can offer new insights and unique perspectives to the research process and that building the research capacity of nurses can improve patient care and outcomes.

What is Evidence Informed Health Policy and Practice?
For ARNBC, Evidence Informed Health Policy and Practice means ensuring that the policies that are created to govern our health system and the practices that stem from those policies are developed using knowledge gained from a variety of sources including research, clinical expertise, patient and community values, worldviews and, experiences and Indigenous knowledge.

Nursing research merges nursing knowledge and clinical insight with advanced research approaches.
